Cancellation Policy
R4Hypnotherapy is committed to providing very good care. Unfortunately, when one client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen. Please call Camille at 021 0223 6282 or email info@r4hypnotherapy.co.nz at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations. To cancel a Monday appointment, please call before your scheduled time on Friday. If prior notification is not given, you will be charged $150 for the missed appointment.
